PI Customer Usage Portal
To successfully register your account, you must enter your utility account number,
without the decimals (example: 1101101).
You must also enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on your utility bill,
(example: DOE, JOHN & JANE).
The password needs to be a minimum of 8 characters
and must contain at least one lower case,
one upper case,
one numeric character

Pay/View Utility Bill
Salem City partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, a premier provider for online bill pay systems, to bring the customers of Salem City a new and convenient way to pay/view your bill. You can even sign-up to go PAPERLESS and stop receiving a paper bill each month. No fee is required to use this service.
If you have access to an internet connection you are eligible to utilize this service. It’s fast, it’s easy and it’s secure! Xpress Bill Pay will even send you email reminders when a new bill is available or when payments have been scheduled or made.
You will have the ability to schedule a payment on your account using a credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer. You have the option to enter your payment method each time that you login to your Xpress Bill Pay account or you can save one or more payments types in your Xpress Bill Pay wallet for future use. Don’t forget you can also choose to set-up your account to have your bill paid automatically each month using autopay.
When you sign up for online bill pay you create a unique password that you will use to access your personal account at XpressBillPay.com. Your Xpress Bill Pay account will allow you to view prior months billing history. The paperless bill will look very similar to the paper bill you are currently receiving and you will also be able to view the city newsletter.
