Salem City’s goal in hosting the Little Miss Pageant is for parents and their little darlings to share in each Little Misses youth, talents, and energy. These little darlings have a lot to offer Salem and at such a young age. We encourage all of our little residents to begin serving the community, developing talents, and staying true to the values Salem upholds.
