SALEM CITY, UTAH

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE

AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN

AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS

Water and PI System

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Salem City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of amending its 2012 impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the following public facilities: (i) drinking water rights and water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution, and (ii) pressurized irrigation water rights and water supply, storage, and distribution.

The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Salem City’s boundaries, Salem City’s declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City.

All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.

All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents

Salem City is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms for engineering services related to the preparation of a city wide Stormwater Master Plan and Impact Fee Analysis.  The Request for Proposal may be downloaded here.  Proposals are due by December 20, 2018 at 2 pm at the Salem City Office.
