SALEM CITY, UTAH

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE

AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN

AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS

Parks/Recreation

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Salem City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to its 2021 impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the Parks and Recreation. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Salem City's boundaries, Salem City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Salem City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to its 2016 impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to transportation. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Salem City's boundaries, Salem City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.

Electrical System

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Salem City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to its August 2019 impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analyses (IFA), with respect to the electrical substations and distribution system. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFP and IFA are all areas within Salem City's boundaries, Salem City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
